Dealing with Stress from Work Place Psychopaths

Psychological emotional damaged inflicted on, into and over thoroughly decent fair minded conscientious workers and fellow employees is rising to epidemic proportions as businesses and employers struggle to maintain financial balance in a collapsing monetary system. Mean time totally innocent bus operators regularly are spat upon often for no apparent reason by one of the streets troubled walking wounded. Performance pressure exerted onto the complex human system has progressively filled our hospitals, prisons and welfare queues  with the  ill , dying, unemployed and disenfranchised individuals to the degree that their essential basic needs (as proposed by (Psychologist A Maslow) are not being gratified leaving a need deficit society scrambling for basic shelter, freedom from threat and devoid of  love care and attention.

So when working with monsters (see below) any sense of work place acceptance, understanding or tolerance is lost completely. So much for any opportunity to be at all creative or express oneself. In such instance the bullied individual feels so unwelcome, unworthy and down trodden that all sense of self esteem is destroyed.

Whilst bullying and harassment is supposedly not accepted in the work place it is occurring at an alarming under exposed level, perpetrated and practiced by psychopaths.
In too many instances those individuals who have previously managed to carry and endure their burdens of life are now falling by the way side, emotionally overloaded without being heard or understood by managers who are not themselves sufficiently actualised to be qualified for the authority they hold. So the over burdened become physically and mentally ill, exhausted, or “burnt out”. Forced out or unfairly dismissed, laid off, chopped off at the knees by this hideous unexposed psychopathic social health  epidemic dribbling yes toxic-ally dribbling down over the entire population.

Since yore it has been  known “that the fish stinks from the head first“.

Now don’t be hood winked by parochial party politics here.This is not about any government.

Seek your truth in deeper broader depths of social “politic of the people”, so to reveal your inner sense of understanding how the stress and pressure being inflicted upon all of us has caused varying responses to perceived attack, elevating egotistic defense, with banking deceit, violence, anger and abuse to each other across “struggle street”, all hoping for some relief, some change of fortune to survive.

Today, too many people have already fallen whilst others continue to fall , wobble, or shake, in this insane stampede to the 21st century, evaporating illusory threat of financial freedom.

Unfortunately blinded by selfish egotistical ignorance the division widens daily……. so each and everyone one of us need to take responsibility for our actions and understand why we are upset, angry and hurt, then we may share the story and allow social healing to do its job.
